Identification of qualified contractor resources is one of the most critical elements of any contractor network. Emergency services and property restoration often involves unique skill sets and expertise.

Application Process

IntegResource Canada has developed an extensive proprietary system for determining the qualification of each contractor applicant. All aspects of the contractor’s experience are examined including, but not limited to:

  • Years in business
  • Licensing
  • Training and Certifications
  • Estimate documentation

Application Review Process

Some contractor networks bring in almost anyone to have “dots on the map.” IntegResource is very selective in order to ensure the highest caliber possible.

The IntegResource review process includes visiting the contractor facilities, interviewing key management, verifying equipment inventory and management structure.

Items included in the contractor review:

  • Emergency response capabilities
  • Expertise in water extraction and structural drying methods
  • Ability to perform all types of reconstruction or restoration
  • Specialty services experience, mould remediation, document drying, etc.

Contractor Management & Training

IntegResource Canada not only reviews the actual application, but makes sure to communicate the level of service and coordination that is required to maintain network standards.
