IntegResource Canada's co-founder, Scott Bachly, a native of the greater Toronto area, has more then 30 years experience in disaster response, insurance claim management as well as residential and commercial construction. As President of Bachly Construction and Urban Clean Ltd., Scott has been recognized for his companies’ innovation and commitment to quality workmanship. Scott and his team, comprised of some of the most experienced and qualified professionals in the restoration industry, have built a reputation of providing service excellence throughout southern Ontario and other parts of Canada during regional storms or catastrophes.
  
IntegResource Canada co-founder, John North has extensive experience developing and implementing Managed Repair Programs for P & C Insurers. He, and other members of the management team, have a long history of working with insurers in the U.S. to recruit, coordinate and manage Restoration Partners. Examples include USAA, Royal & SunAlliance and Amica.
  
IntegResource Canada's co-founder, Frank Headen, is a leading expert in the restoration and mitigation field, having managed hundreds of large losses and received several awards for his knowledge, techniques and effectiveness. He, or other experts, share knowledge regarding every aspect of the restoration process, assuring proper methodology is consistently used by our Restoration Partners.
